Now you can use the application&nbsp; from the command line. The arguments are:<p> <span class="style2">-nogui</span>&nbsp; Don&#39;t start the user interface<p> <span class="style2">-autoclose</span> Close the program when the backup is done<p> <span class="style2">-bu</span> Backup all the tasks immediately <p><span class="style2">-list:(ListName)</span> start the program using the list on ListName. If the list name contains spaces, surround THE WHOLE argument between quotes.<p><span class="style2">-m</span> Maximizes the user interface<p>&nbsp;<p> <span class="style2">Example</span>: Cobian.exe &quot;-list:C:\Program Files\List.lst&quot; -bu -nogui<p> &nbsp;<h2 class="style1"> Parameters</h2> <p> In some places (Sources, Destinations, Events, E-mail) you can use parameters. The parameters that can be used are: <p> (case sensitive!!!!!)<p> %COMPUTERNAME&nbsp; is replaced by the computer name<p> %COMPUTERNAMENONAME&nbsp; is replaced by the computer name without spaces (the spaces are substituted by the code %20)<p> %DATENOTIME is replaced with the current date<p> %DATETIME is replaced with the current date and time<p> %TASKNAME is replaced with the current task name<p> %TIMENODATE&nbsp; is replaced with the current time<p> %FNDATENOTIME - Same than %DATENOTIME but the result can be used as a filename (illegal characters are substituted by legal ones)<p> %FNTIMENODATE - Same than %TIMENODATE but the result can be used as a file name<p> %FNDATETIME - Same than %DATETIME but the result can be used as a file name<p> %APPLICATIONPATH - The path of Cobian Backup 9 without the last back slash<p> %DBPATH - The path of the folder containing your lists and backup history, without the last back slash<p> %SETTINGSPATH - The path of the folder containing your settings, without the last back slash<p> %USERNAME - The name of the user running the engine&#39;s working thread.
